Set up EMA in Other ebs Modules

Courses must be set up in the Curriculum module for use with the EMA module by ensuring that the EMA Awarding check box is selected and an EMA Course Type is selected from the drop-down list in the Details tab of Curriculum Details.

Note: It is not mandatory to select an EMA Course Type.

When you have set up the learner for EMA payments, you can enrol the learner on to an EMA Awarding course to receive EMA payments.

Note: Learners must be enrolled on at least one EMA Awarding course to receive EMA payments.

Users with the EBS4Registers licence can set up specific registers for use with the EMA module by selecting the EMA check box in the Event Details section.

This allows the register marks to be counted towards a learner EMA attendance.
